spacious room good breakfast perfect location
the riverview double or twin room was spacious. it had amenities i needed. the breakfast was also very good. it had fresh selections. the location was perfect. it was very close to the metro.
the lobby is quite small. i would have liked more space.

river view breakfast selection helpful staff
I loved the river view from my room. It was amazing. breakfast included a large selection of items. i found the staff very friendly and helpful. i was very charmed by the location, close to major attractions.
the bathroom was a tad small.

decent, but some issues
cold room average breakfast
the location proved quite convenient, and reaching the city center was easy.
the room was too cold, not pleasant. breakfast seemed only average and lacked variety (i was expecting better). also, there was no special treatment despite mentioning our honeymoon, a detail i thought hotels usually acknowledge.

Lovely Views and Excellent Service
river views friendly staff delicious breakfast central location
My room was located on a higher floor, offering AMAZING views of the river and the Parliament building. The staff were ALWAYS friendly and eager to help with any questions I had. I particularly enjoyed the breakfast. The fresh products made for a DELICIOUS start to the day. The hotel's central location made it easy to walk to most of the main attractions.
The room cleaning could have been slightly more thorough .

central location friendly staff amazing views
I stayed two nights before a cruise and exploring. the location is very central for walking! the staff were so friendly and helpful too. breakfast was really nice. It offered amazing views of the river and major buildings.

Wonderful Danube View and Helpful Staff
amazing view clean environment fresh scent great location
My room had amazing views. I could see the parliament building clearly. The location allowed me to explore both parts of the city easily. The hotel maintained a very clean environment and a fresh scent throughout , which i really appreciated.
The room i had was a bit too warm , even with the air conditioning on.

The front desk provided help with last-minute reservations at a local restaurant. Staff members spoke many languages. Their service included a smile. The staff was attentive to my needs.

The hotel provided easy walking distance to major attractions. These attractions included the Chain Bridge and Parliament House. River cruises were also nearby. Hop-on and Hop-off services were close too.

convenient location lovely view good breakfast cold staff cold room no attention
The location proved convenient. The view of the Parliament from the room was lovely. I particularly enjoyed the tram stop being directly in front of the hotel. Breakfast was very good, with many choices.
The staff looked a bit cold. I was like an irritant to their day. The room was also a bit cold. There was no special attention, a disappointment .
